Health screening

We require all participants to complete a health screening, in the form of an online health questionnaire. This must be completed, along with emergency contact information prior to attendance at an RB Fitness class. This should be updated if there are any changes to health or circumstances once the participant has started attending classes.

Bookings for group classes

Bookings for group classes are made via my ‘BookWhen’ site. There will be a range of options available depending on each class. These will be booking in a ‘block’ of two months, monthly, or pay as you go spaces. Pricing changes depending on how many classes are booked at one time. If you have booked a month or a block, and miss a class – you are able to catch up at any time in that block, or book on to a ‘Super Saturday’.

Bookings for Group PT

Contact Rhiannon in the first instance by email. If there are spaces available you will be offered a free consultation to discuss goals and needs before a slot is confirmed. There is currently a waitlist for personal training.

RB Fitness will not accept any responsibility for any injury or accident to your child during class.

Medical clearance

All postnatal attendees will be expected to have had their GP check before commencing any exercise programme. Prenatal clients will be expected to seek medical clearance from their GP before commencing any exercise programme. Attendees of any class will be expected to keep RB Fitness updated on any changes in their health & fitness. RB Fitness reserves the right to request medical documentation from your health professional should we become concerned at any time about your ability to exercise. Ladies are expected to inform RB Fitness should they fall pregnant while attending classes. Subject to medical clearance, they will be able to continue with exercise throughout their pregnancy. Continuation into the latter stages of pregnancy will be at the discretion of the instructor, and this may involve seeking medical clearance. RB Fitness reserves the right to make a judgement based on the individual, in their best interest.

Guidance for attending classes
Mumpower foundations

prenatal & from 6-8 weeks postnatal. MumPower from 8 weeks postnatal. Bootcamp from 6 months postnatal. However, this is at the discretion of the instructor who will advise, with the attendees best interest in mind. RB Fitness strongly encourages all clients to visit a Womens Health Physiotherapist, and has links to several local practitioners on request, and on display in the studio.

Cancelled classes

Should there be the need for the instructor to cancel a class for any reason, a credit or a catch up class will be offered. Outdoor classes will go ahead in most weathers, other than an amber weather warning or if the weather will cause the class to become unsafe. If you choose not to attend a class that is going ahead, no refund or credit will be given.

Personal Training

Personal training is generally ran in blocks, aligned with the school term. A client books a certain time slot for that entire block. A pay monthly scheme is also available, with its own set of Ts & Cs. Payment is due before the first session. A payment plan can be discussed, and implemented at the discretion of RB Fitness. In case of a client cancelling, an alternative session may be offered subject to space. In the case of a client cancelling within 48 hours of a booked session, there is no guarantee of rescheduling.

Appropriate behaviour RB Fitness reserves the right to remove any participants acting in an aggressive, abusive manner, or acting inappropriately to other participants or instructors.
